ISO Certification Process
SIS Certifications follows a defined path to certify their customer. It’s an uncomplicated Process.
➥ Decides the time duration for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP certification process.
➥ Deciding if the scope is available with SIS
➥ Review of the application for contract generation and auditor, Lead Auditor and Technical Expert allotment for the audits.
➥ Decides number of Man-days
➥ Decides the location site Sampling and the resources available.
Generation and review of the contract by the commercial and technical team for the whole process.
Sending the quotation/agreement to the applicant for the acceptance of the quotation for the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP certification.
Documentation as per ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP and site verification as per the standard guidelines
Review of the audit report is done for the closure of N.C/ Observations and recommendation to the next level audit- Stage 2
System and Process Audit as per ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP.
The closure of N.C & observation and receipt of full and final fees is mandatory for the issue of the certificate.
The certificate is issued for one certification cycle.
Surveillance audit is performed based after the decided frequency to check the follow of the compliance of the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP.
The renewal process of the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP is followed after the period of 3 years cycle.
ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and/or ISO 22000 and/or ISO 27001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 50001 and/or ISO 37001 and/or HACCP or any other required Certification can be refused at various stages.
a) Inquiry Stage –
i) Not Willing to follow SIS/AB procedure.
ii) Codes and Standard not available with SIS
b) After Stage 1
Preparedness and in-willingness- fails during stage 1 to proceed for stage 2.
c) After Stage 2
Major non conformance reported and client could not take desired corrective actions within the stipulated time.
d) Surveillance
i) Major non conformance reported and client could not take desired corrective actions within the stipulated time.
ii) Audit not conducted within the required procedure of SIS.
e) Fees
Non Receipt of fees at any stage of the certification cycle.
